Patient records, scheduling, prescriptions and notes in one place, with role-based access, a built-in AI chat, and self-hosting by design.

Open source

Built in the open, runs on your terms

No black boxes and no data lock-in. temetro is engineered so you can read every line, run it yourself, and keep patient data where it belongs.

[*] temetro is open source and MIT-licensed, with role-based accessfor your whole care team. It's self-hostable by design, so patient data never leaves your network.

What is temetro?

Everything around the patient record

One workspace for the whole clinic. Records, scheduling, prescriptions, notes, and tasks sit together, so your team stops jumping between disconnected tools.

Patient records
Pull up, create, and edit a patient's history, medications, and labs, all laid out as clean record cards.
Scheduling & appointments
Book visits, run the day's schedule, and see what is coming up, right next to the patient's chart.
Prescriptions & pharmacy
Prescribe, work the dispensing queue, and watch stock levels without leaving the record.
Notes & tasks
Keep clinical notes and a shared care-team to-do list in step with everything else the clinic is doing.
Ask in plain language
A built-in, model-agnostic AI chat that finds what you need across the record. Just ask.
Private by architecture
PHI stays inside your own network, and per-clinic roles gate who can see and change each record.

The relay

The Temetro Network

A patient's phone reaches your clinic through an always-on relay — so you never expose your server to the internet. It's a dumb, stateless pipe: it forwards only sealed ciphertext and never opens a bundle or touches a database.

Companion app · Alpha

Your record, in your pocket

The temetro wallet is a patient companion app, still in alpha. It keeps your health record on your own device, sealed with a key that only you hold, so you decide what a clinic can see and change.

Encrypted on your device
Your record lives on your own phone. The relay only ever forwards sealed ciphertext, never anything in the clear.
Your wallet number is your key
A tmw_… address derived from an Ed25519 keypair that only you hold. No account, no password, no middleman.
Nothing changes without you
Every update a clinic makes is sealed to you and waits for your approval on the phone before it counts.
Shares that delete themselves
Share a record for one visit, then let it auto-delete. It is off-chain by design, so it can truly be removed.
